A New Bus for Rialto Social Day Centre!

We were delighted to welcome the Minister of State with responsibility for Community Development at the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht Jerry Buttimer to St. Andrew’s Community Centre in Dublin 8 for the official launch of our new minibus for Rialto Day Care Centre.

This is so much more than just a vehicle - it’s a vital lifeline that will help older members of our community stay connected, supported, and engaged every day.

It was fantastic to also welcome Jen Cummins TD, Cllr. Ciarán Ó Meachair and Senator Evanne Ní Chuilinn for this special occasion.

After two years of incredible local fundraising, we are proud to see this minibus now in operation, supporting transport services and Meals on Wheels for those who rely on them.
